Returns and Refund Policy

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and items MUST be in a clean, unused  condition with any original tags, barcodes or deck wrap intact. 

We are not able to accept returns for customised items (eg. gripped decks, custom built decks), or items that have been worn, washed, mistreated or misused!  

Most product pages will include information on sizing as an estimate only, if you require further assistance, please email us on and we’ll be glad to help!

Sale and clearance items cannot be exchanged, refund only.

All shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer unless product is faulty.  Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed.

Orders cannot be changed prior to shipping, please follow the above return instructions and reorder so you don't miss out
